NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Gaston School District #511Jt, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Gaston School District Commons Building, 300 Park St., Gaston, OR 97119 and also accessible virtually. The meeting link and information is available on the website at www.Gastonk12.org.  

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may provide comment and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Comments will be subject to a three minute limit per community member. Written comment received by 4:00 PM on May 16, 2025 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting. For written comments, please provide comment along with your name, phone number, and address to the District via email to info@gastonk12.org 

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 20, 2025 online at www.Gastonk12.org and at Gaston School District Office, 300 Park St., Gaston, OR 97119 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
